Chris Christensen: more than just an SF Chronicle "Winemaker to Watch." Made from hand-harvested, organic-certified Sauvigon Blanc with a splish of (equally organic-certified) Viognier for added complexity and aromatics, this is a skin-contact white with brightness and energy; should we really have expected anything less from the man Food & Wine magazine called "a Sauvignon Blanc savant"?
