In October a young woman's fancies rightly turn to Burgundy: so we'll be opening properly sexy bottles of both Burgundy (white and red) to pour by the glass… and Beaujolais “Vieux” (i.e., “Nouveau” this ain't!) from some of the area's top Crus.
